Navien Introduces 0.98 EF Tankless Water Heater

IRVINE, September 10, 2013 – Expanding upon the success of the NPE-A, Navien Premium Efficiency – Advanced, high-efficiency tankless water heater technology for residential and commercial applications, the company is pleased to announce the introduction of the NPE-S, Navien Premium Efficiency – Standard. The NPE-S delivers up to .98 EF efficiencies, becoming the industry’s highest rated gas water heater. The NPE-S is ideal for both residential and commercial applications where the ComfortFlowTM feature in the A model, including buffer tank and internal recirculation pump, is not required. All other NPE series features are found in the NPE-S, including: ½” gas pipe capability up to 24’, dual stainless steel heat exchangers for longer life, field gas convertibility and 2” System 636 venting up to 60’.
