SNC-Lavalin buys Quebec’s Qualitas

SNC-Lavalin has acquired the engineering firm Groupe Qualitas Inc. Active in Quebec for nearly 50 years, Qualitas specializes in four sectors: materials engineering, pavement engineering, geotechnology, and environmental.
It has 300 employees in 12 offices and laboratories throughout Quebec.
Charles Malenfant, president of Qualitas, said the partnership “Is perfectly in line with our development strategy.”
