ACEC-BC: Effective Business Communications Seminar

Leaders are faced with many communication challenges. How can I say what I think while maintaining good relationships with my colleagues? How can I communicate complex ideas simply? How can I be more persuasive? This course focuses on communication skills for leaders. In this course we will study three topics:

2. How to be clear and concise
3. How to be persuasive
