Spectrol of Newfoundland bought by SNC-Lavalin

SNC-Lavalin has acquired the engineering and technical services firm known as Spectrol Energy Services Inc. The company has 75 employees in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, specializing in providing services to the oil and gas, and natural resource sectors.
