Quebec municipalities are delighted with a new funding agreement they have signed with the provincial government.
Quebec municipalities are delighted with a new funding agreement they have signed with the provincial government.
The agreement, signed at the end of April, will see the province repay municipalities a total of $3.8 billion dollars from provincial sales tax it has collected.
The funding is expected to help municipalities plan their spending over the next years, and it could encourage them to do more outsourcing.
