At a dinner held on May 31st in Waterloo, Ontario, Consulting Engineers of Ontario announced the winners of its awards program for outstanding engineering projects.

The winner of the top award, the Willis Chipman Award, was KMK Consultants Limited and Black & Veatch Corporation for their role in the Lakeview Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion.
