Genivar establishes a base in the Caribbean

Genivar, a consulting engineer company based in Montreal, has acquired a multidisciplinary engineering company in Port of Spain, capital of Trinidad and Tobago.
The company it acquired, AdeB Consultants, has been active in the commercial, healthcare, industrial and infrastructure sectors in the Caribbean since 1967. It has 35 employees
In 2004, Genivar won a major contract for the development of the waterfront in Port of Spain and is acting as the owner’s representative for the project. The $220 million project will transform the port area with a hotel, office towers, conference and commercial centres.
