Associated Engineering’s employees from across Canada have raised over $18,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. Spearheaded by staff in Saskatoon and Edmonton in a project called “Relay for Life,” the consulting engineers held a number of events including a silent auction, raffles, spring cleaning and “denim” days.
The highlight of the month-long initiative was when Bert Monro, P.Eng., Vice President and General Manager in Saskatoon, made good on his promise to shave his head and wear a skirt after the staff raised more than $15,000.
