ACEC publishes document about P3s

The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC) has released a report entitled “Understanding Public Private Partnerships in Canada.”

The document is not intended to advocate for or against the use of P3s, but rather is intended to educate and stimulate discussion over this method of delivering public infrastructure.

The report was prepared by ACEC with the assistance of Strategies 4 Impact.
