This presentation will provide an inside look at how large scale construction projects are planned, managed and constructed. John will speak on his experiences as the lead contractor of the $100 Million-dollar Base for DND’s 443 Helicopter Squadron, as well as his position as Project Board Chair for the Site C Dam and the John Hart Dam.
