Jacques Whitford acquires Winnipeg company

Jacques Whitford Ltd., a large Nova Scotia-based consulting engineering company, has acquired a geotechnical, environmental engineering and materials testing company in Winnipeg.
The acquired company, National Testing Laboratories Limited, has been operating in Manitoba for more than 85 years.
Don Flatt will remain as president of the NTL operations as part of the Jacques Whitford group. Bob Seager is president of Jacques Whitford’s western operations.
Jacques Whitford is an employee-owned company that was established in 1972. It now has 45 offices across North America with more than 1,600 staff.
