Further to the news item posted on October 21 announcing that Angela Iannuzziello of AECOM had been named Canada's 2014 Transportation Person of the Year, in fact she is not the first female to receive the award.
Further to the news item posted on October 21 announcing that Angela Iannuzziello of AECOM had been named Canada’s 2014 Transportation Person of the Year, in fact she is not the first female to receive the award.
Geni Bafma Bahar, president at Navigats, a transportation safety company in the Toronto area, won the award in 2007, making her the first female to be given the honour.
The award is handed out by the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC).
