Three new video links have been posted on our website. One is about the new health quarter in Montreal revolving around a new superhospital, CHUM – Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal, which began construction in February.

Another is a lyrical study of Santiago Calatrava’s design for the Peace Bridge under construction in Calgary. The music, if not the design, will give you peace.

And finally a fun action video of the world’s largest Rube Goldberg Machine built by Ontario engineering students for this year’s Engineering Week. The machine was launched at the CN Tower in Toronto. A Rube Goldberg machine is defined as:  a device, or apparatus that is a deliberately over-engineered machine that performs a very simple task in a very complex fashion.
