GRG Building Consultants Inc., a building science engineering firm established in 1993, is now known as Pretium GRG Building Engineers following a strategic alliance with Pretium Anderson Building Engineers.

Both GRG and Pretium Anderson offer services to building owners and managers to help solve building performance problems.

Combined, the firms have almost 70 individuals serving clients throughout Ontario from Toronto, Burlington, the Waterloo region, and now Newmarket.

Jerry Genge, president of GRG will remain as president of Pretium GRG. “The merging of forces with the Pretium companies offers our clients even broader access to expertise. It’s a ‘best of both worlds’ association”, said Genge in a company release.

President of Pretium Anderson, John Pogacar, explained: “Pretium means ‘value’ in Latin and I believe this merger with GRG furthers that underpinning in our companies.” Both companies are part of the larger C3 Group of Companies with over 200 employees.
