As strides continue to be made in attracting, supporting, retaining and elevating women in Canada’s consulting engineering sector, it’s time to celebrate successes and forge paths toward further progress with the annual Advance Women in Engineering virtual summit.
This year’s event will take place on June 19, ahead of International Women in Engineering Day (June 23). Keynote speakers and expert panelists will discuss:
- how to promote engineering to the marginalized and excluded.
- where girls and women across Canada can find helpful resources.
- navigating adversity with resilience and purpose.
- roles for men as allies in supporting progress for women engineers.
Join us as we advocate for gender parity in one of Canada’s most celebrated areas of expertise, as consulting engineering firms seek to recruit and retain more women for roles at all levels of seniority.
