Fujitsu General America has expanded its H-Series of mini-split heat pumps with the introduction of AirStage Altair wall-mounted models, featuring R-32 refrigerants.

The Altair single-zone series, including Altair 300, 500 and 700, offers capacities from 9,000 to 36,000 BTUh and efficiencies up to 30 SEER2.  Models up to 12,000 BTUh are also available, while special operation on select models can extend cooling capabilities down to -20 C.

The indoor units feature ProCore corrosion-resistant copper coils. Wall-mounted units offer multiple fan speeds and special operation modes, including economy, energy savings, powerful, minimum heat, automatic defrost and auto-restart. Sound levels are as low as 19 dB.
