C.F. Crozier & Associates, a consulting engineering firm in the land development industry, headquartered in Collingwood, Ont., has hired Jeffrey Swartz, P.Eng., as its first executive vice-president (EVP).

Swartz has 20 years’ experience in consulting engineering, land development and homebuilding. After earning his civil engineering degree at the University of Toronto (U of T), he began his career at MMM Group (now WSP), where he led the planning and execution of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects nationwide. He then moved into executive roles with Empire Communities (now Precedent Land Company), overseeing the delivery of large-scale master-planned communities.

In his new role, Swartz will strive to enhance Crozier’s status across Ontario by leading growth-focused initiatives and championing both recruitment and leadership development programs.
