Consulting engineering firm C.F. Crozier & Associates, headquartered in Collingwood, Ont., recently added Kevin Fergin, P.Eng., to its team as vice-president (VP) of development.
Fergin has more than 25 years’ experience in land development engineering. After studying at University of Waterloo, he worked at Stantec for 23 years, serving as a VP of community development, with responsibility for leading a group for Eastern Canada through due diligence, planning, design development, construction and delivery. Most recently, he was VP of development for Reid’s Heritage Homes in Cambridge, Ont.
In his new role, he will lead business planning across all of Crozier’s offices, join strategic projects with the firm’s senior leadership team, mentor emerging leaders and advance recruitment initiatives.
“We are confident Kevin will elevate Crozier’s industry presence and help steer us toward our goal of national consultancy,” says Nick Mocan, P.Eng., president of Crozier.
“I look forward to being part of the firm’s growth,” says Fergin.
