LiveChat on Uponorpro.com allows professionals in the PEX plumbing, fire sprinkler, and radiant heating and cooling industries online access to Uponor Technical and Design Services.
Uponor North America (Uponor) recently launched LiveChat™ on Uponorpro.com where professionals in the PEX plumbing, fire sprinkler and radiant heating and cooling industries can access Uponor Technical and Design Services online for support.
“Our goal with LiveChat is to offer access to Uponor Technical and Design Services in as many ways as possible, so professionals can get their questions answered quickly and efficiently,” says Don Costello, web product manager at Uponor. “With more and more people accessing the web with mobile devices, LiveChat is an ideal solution for professionals on the jobsite or on the go.”
Users can access LiveChat by going onto Uponorpro.com and clicking the small blue “Chat Now” box in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Representatives from Uponor Technical and Design Services are available on Uponor LiveChat Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
“We’re seeing contractors as the majority of users on LiveChat, followed by engineers, sales reps and architects,” says Matt Graber, technical support representative at Uponor. “People are finding LiveChat a convenient way to get questions answered quickly, so they can keep moving on their projects.”
