Triplett Test Equipment’s IRTC400 thermal imaging camera can help find leaks and hot spots in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, facility and automotive applications.

The imager features a 120 x 90-pixel thermal detector that displays centre-spot and high/low-temperature tracking. Sensors detect mechanical breakdowns, water leaks, moisture buildup and heat loss from missing insulation and faulty windows/doors.

The camera offers a temperature range of -20 to 400 C (-4 to 752 F), a built-in light-emitting diode (LED) worklight and user-programmable audible and visual high/low-temperature alarms. An on-board gallery allows users to view .bmp images on-site or transfer them to a personal computer (PC) via Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface.
