Toronto-headquartered consulting engineering firm Pinchin has expanded its presence in the U.S. with the acquisitions of CodeGreen Solutions and Environmental Building Solutions (EBS).
CodeGreen, formerly a portfolio company of Victor Capital Partners, provides building and fire code consulting, inspections and sustainability advisory services to building owners and property managers. EBS provides indoor air quality (IAQ) and water quality inspection and consulting services to similar clients. Both are based in New York, N.Y.
“We are excited to accelerate our growth into the U.S. through partnerships with CodeGreen and EBS,” says Pinchin CEO Jeff Grossi. “These businesses are leaders in their market. We look forward to helping continue their legacy of success.”
“We are forming a team to revolutionize the entire sustainable real estate life cycle, from initial permitting and assessment through design to building operations and portfolio management,” explains Julia Rogers, president of CodeGreen. “Partnering enables us to be the go-to, high-performance solution the industry needs.”
Pinchin continues to actively seek acquisition opportunities in the environmental and regulatory compliance industry, with a focus on U.S.-based businesses and the built environment.
