Structural / Building Envelope
Pinchin has provided structural and building envelope consulting services for over a decade. Our services include building envelope investigations and rehabilitation projects involving masonry, stone, curtain walls, precast panels, exterior Insulation and finish systems and roofing.
Pinchin is able to provide full service project management, including preparation of specifications, tendering, contractor management, and construction inspection.
As a multi-disciplinary company, Pinchin provides additional services in hazardous materials and indoor environmental quality.
Pinchin works with insurers, property managers, owners, and condominium corporations to make sure work is done well and in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to tenants and occupants. We can help provide budgetary estimates and tender specifications for the remediation and removal of mould and other hazardous materials.
