Management additions at JLR Sudbury

Matt Weaver, P.Eng., and Raimondo Cuda take on leadership roles at the firm.

Two new managers have been appointed at the Sudbury office of J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR), the Ottawa-based multi-disciplined firm that employs over 260 people in seven offices across Ontario.

Matt Weaver, P.Eng.

Matt Weaver, P.Eng., PMP, FEC joined JLR in 2010 as an electrical engineering intern before becoming an associate in 2017.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario (B.Sc. Electrical Engineering), Weaver is experienced in leading multidisciplinary industrial and commercial projects from feasibility through to detailed design, construction completion, programming, and commissioning.

Raimondo Cuda

Raimondo Cuda, OAA, MRAIC joined JLR as an architectural designer in 1999 and became an associate in 2012.

A graduate of Carleton University (B.A. Architecture/Architectural History, Honours) and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, he is a senior architect responsible for developing projects from preliminary design through to construction contract administration and completion. Cuda has experience in client relations, business development, design, project management, construction documentation, and administration for multidisciplinary and architectural projects across Ontario.
