Founded in 1955, JLR began as a company of three engineers who worked out of a small office on MacLaren St. in Ottawa.
The firm’s new Ottawa-based Innovative Energy Group is made up of a team of five members who were previously with Leidos Canada.
Matt Weaver, P.Eng., and Raimondo Cuda take on leadership roles at the firm.
Gore joined JLR as an environmental engineer in 2005 before becoming an associate and manager of environmental engineering in the civil/planning department in 2016.

James O’Connor takes on the role of managing the technical resources of the firm’s electrical engineering sector.
Construction on the $48M project began in 2014, with a focus on incorporating a secondary treatment process.
Most recently, he served three years on the Board of Directors and as director-in-charge of JLR’s Sudbury and North Bay offices, as well as the Industrial & Mining Division.
