Bruce Miller, P.Eng. has been appointed Senior Vice President Infrastructure West of Morrison Hershfield. Miller has 33 years of senior business and engineering experience, including in build-operate-transfer highway projects. He is based in Calgary. Bryan Evans has been appointed Vice President Industrial, based in Edmonton. Mehran Avini, P.Eng. has joined the Vancouver office as Infrastructure West Business Leader.
