Engineers wanting to hone their expertise in sprinkler design can do so without leaving their desks. The National Fire Sprinkler Association runs live on-line technical seminars on the Internet on Tuesdays aimed at different levels of expertise. Coming up are beginner/intermediate sessions on water spray systems May 23, and sprinklers and computer rooms June 27. Costs $50 per session for members and $75 for non-members.
