The Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) launched a new and improved web site. Visitors to www.ccdc.org will find the site more user-friendly and easier to navigate. The site now has more pull down menus to facilitate direct access to their particular areas of interest as well as a New Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. Direct links to all constituent organizations as well as to all document sales outlets will assist users in purchasing documents. The new electronic document section is now complete, with easy to follow steps on downloading contracts and guides through the Internet, as well as some free downloadable documents that are also available. Also featured on the site is a complete list of documents with descriptions and a helpful CCDC bulletin section that answers industry related questions.

CCSC is a national joint committee responsible for the development, production and review of standard Canadian construction contracts, forms and guides. The CCDC includes an owner representative from each of the public and private sectors, as well as appointed volunteer members of the following four national organizations:

Association of Consulting Engineers of Canada

Canadian Construction Association

Construction Specifications Canada

Royal Architectural Institute of Canada
