The first ACEC-PSMJ Project Manager Bootcamp, held in Toronto on February 14 and 15, was a success. Mr. Micheal D’Allesandro gave an outstanding performance and so did the attendees by sharing their own experiences. Although the session was focused on project management, Mr. D’Allesandro touched on other related components that are at the core of vital industry issues, such as the value of our services and profitability.
The event was completely sold out. ACEC has already started to build a waiting list for its next Bootcamp. You can contact Mr. Richard Roulx at rroulx@acec.ca to include your name on the waiting list, in order to secure a space for yourself or your employees.
ACEC is also planning a Principals’ Bootcamp covering subjects such as strategic planning, marketing, ownership transition and financial management. The event would be offered as a pre-event of the ACEC National Consulting Engineering Summit and Convention in Halifax in June.
