The Association of Consulting Engineers of Canada is pleased to announce the 2004 PSMJ Project Manager Bootcamp schedule. Following the success of the 2002 and 2003 bootcamps, ACEC will bring the high-impact PSMJ training seminars to three Canadian cities this year.

Vancouver — Tuesday and Wednesday, April 13-14;

Montreal — Tuesday and Wednesday, September 14-15 (to be confirmed);

Toronto — Tuesday and Wednesday, November 30-December 1 (to be confirmed).

At a PSMJ Bootcamp, project managers gain insights on how to:

Bring projects in on time and under budget;

Fulfil the six roles of a project manager;

Actively manage the client relationship;

Increase staff productivity in five ways;

Effectively control “scope creep”;

Make proposals become winners;

Create budgets and schedules to produce success.
