The building was one of two awards of excellence in the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction 2000 Awards for Quebec. Consultants included SNC Lavalin, Rousseau Sauv Warren, Lemoyne Lapointe Magne architects, Massicotte et Dignard, and les Dessins JMD. The other award of excellence went to the Atrium Edifice Bell Canada, Montreal. Consultants included Boulva Verganelakis, J.E. Verreault et Fils, and AEdifica Architecture.
