Passive House Canada Conference

The theme of this year’s Passive House Canada Conference, which will be a hybrid virtual and in-person event, is ‘In the Face of Climate Change.’

As climate change brings temperature fluctuations and extreme events, from forest fires to torrential rainstorms, Passive House designs address the need for resilience by improving buildings now and into the future. The conference will address ‘green building’ policies to support such adaptation, health benefits and the cost implications for new construction and ‘deep energy’ retrofits.
