New Construction Commissioning

Learn the commissioning process for New Construction projects through this phase by phase training. Attendees will understand the goals and benefits of commissioning, and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders in the process. A comprehensive workbook including all the materials presented in the course, along with valuable resources such as lists of building codes, standards, guidelines, and the current BCxA Best Practices, will be yours to keep. Team exercises will emphasize your role in helping to deliver quality projects:

Learn how to do a design review by looking at a set of drawings and specs using a provided checklist.
Develop function test procedures from a set of drawings, specs and sequence of operation.
Describe of all the deliverables in the process for the owner including: Owners Project Requirements (OPR)
Basis of Design (BOD)
The Commissioning Plan
The Issues Log
Systems Manual

This course is ideal for:
