Women leaders in the Consulting Engineering industry, Politicians at all levels of government, RCMP/Police, Lawyers, Accountants, Medical, etc. face barriers every day that are sometimes very different from their male counterparts. ACEC-SK is honoured to host a prestigious full-day conference in Regina that will focus on the challenges professional women leaders face at various ages/stages in their careers. The conference will also identify common challenges through engaging women leaders in many professions. The intent is to have a variety of women and men sharing cross industry learnings/successes, and develop a network of support that will work to this important goal for society in all our respective industries. For example, solutions working in one industry may be applicable to others.
