In this workshop will we explore the risks that trigger most professional liability claims for engineers and how ethical conduct can apply. We will look at strategies to manage the key areas that influence your firm’s risks at each phase of work. There will be a focus on communication, construction phase services, client selection, project team capabilities, quality control and contracts.
