Engineers are realizing that business development skills are essential for maintaining existing client relationships as well as securing new and more profitable work. These skills are also required to move into senior management and leadership roles in many firms. Understanding the business development process and developing the associated skills for securing new work, retaining existing clients and increasing scope of existing projects are becoming core competencies for many engineers.

ACEC-BC in conjunction with Ralph Kison of Growth through Learning are excited to offer this very popular half day workshop on business development for engineers.
