R.V. Anderson & Associates has a video on the project published in Canadian Consulting Engineer’s June-July issue. The West Don Lands Stormwater Facility is being constructed on Toronto’s Waterfront. It will treat stormwater with technologies and approaches normally reserved for treating wastewater, including ballasted flocculation and ultra-violet light.
