Wardrop acquires Vancouver electrical firm

Wardrop, a Tetra Tech Company, has acquired ACI Engineering of Vancouver. The company has 14 employees specializing in electrical engineering and project management, with anemphasis on power systems.

Wardrop, recently acquired by Tetra Tech, is based in Winnipeg and has 1,100 employees throughout North America and overseas.

Shayne Smith, president of Wardrop, said the acquisition of ACI was a “natural” one, noting that the companies had worked together for several years.
