Top 100 Employers include three consulting engineers

Three consulting engineering firms were among Canada’s Top 100 Employers as announced by Maclean’s magazine in October. Halsall Associates of Toronto, Wardrop Engineering of Winnipeg and Urban Systems of Kamloops, B.C. were all on the honours list.
