Since then he has held senior leadership roles within the company, including senior vice president of environmental infrastructure and most recently, senior vice president for the environment practice throughout North America. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in civil engineering in 1975.
Also at Stantec, Paul Allen has been appointed Senior Vice President for the Urban Land practice. Mr. Allen will manage over 1,600 staff throughout the United States and Canada. He has a degree in civil engineering from Queen’s University at Kingston and joined Paragon Engineering in 1986. He will also operate out of the Kitchener office.
