Stantec has acquired ESG International Inc., an environmental consulting firm headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, with about 90 employees.
ESG has worked internationally since the mid-1970s, specializing in impact assessments along with ecotoxicity testing and environmental technologies. The company operates one of the largest toxicity testing labs in Canada.
