New person oversees Earth Tech in North America

Earth Tech has appointed a new executive vice president to be in charge of the company’s consulting and engineering practices in North America. <br>
William D. Webb, P.E. has been appointed executive vice president for Canada and the U.S. The company has 1,000 employees in Canada.<br>
Mr. Webb was previously the chief operating officer for the North American operations of ERM Group, a global environmental consulting firm. Before that he was with Dames & Moore and URS. A graduate in civil engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, he has 35 years of engineering and management experience in the U.S., China, Germany, Indonesia and South Korea.<br>
