ND LEA monitoring roads in Far East Russia

ND Lea of Vancouver has won a contract to monitor road and bridge contracts and conduct technical audits on the Russia Road Sector Reform 1 Project. The work consists of road and bridge works on sections of the St. Petersburg Eastern Bypass and the Chita to Khabarovsk Highway in Far East Russia. The project is being co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which is ND Lea’s client.
