Manitoba contractors want government reform

The construction industry in Manitoba is calling on the province to create a special ministry to oversee government construction projects.
The Manitoba Heavy Construction Association thinks there are too many government departments overseeing construction projects. With so many departments involved, they say, it is hard to form an accurate view of the scope of work being tendered.
