Komex and Brock Solutions on top lists for management

Two engineering companies have been included in the Platinum Club of 50 Best Managed Companies.
Two engineering companies have been included in the Platinum Club of 50 Best Managed Companies.
Komex Environmental, an international environmental and water resources engineering consultant of Calgary, Alberta are in the club, as are Brock Solutions of Kitchener-Waterloo in Ontario, a company that works in the manufacturing and automation sectors, among others.
The 50 Best Managed Companies program was begun in 1993 and is sponsored by Deloitte, CIBC, National Post and Queen’s School of Business. It is open to companies with revenues over $10 million.
To become a Platinum Club member, companies must maintain their designation as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for six consecutive years. In 2005 31 companies received the honour.
