Klein to speak to consulting engineers

Consulting Engineers of Alberta is to have outgoing provincial Premier Ralph Klein as a featured luncheon speaker at its 28th annual general meeting.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at the Westin Hotel, Edmonton.
Klein announced on April 4 that he would be retiring as PC party leader and premier of the province in September.
