Giffels Design-Build is building a new practice facility for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Lakeshore Lions Arena, is a community facility, scheduled to be completed in time for the September 2009 training camp. <br>
Hockey Canada will operate their Ontario operations from the facility, which is being built in Etobicoke at the corner of Kipling and New Toronto Street in the west end of the city. The facility will have four ice pads and 1,000 spectator seats. The project is expected to cot $33.65 million. Stafford Haensli are the architects working with Giffels on the project.<br>
