Genivar buys Henderson Paddon & Associates

Genivar Income Fund of Montreal has acquired Henderson Paddon & Associates, an Ontario-Based civil engineering and environmental consulting firm.
Genivar now has more than 600 employees in Ontario. With the acquisition of Henderson Paddon it added 70 employees and four offices in Owen Sound, Hanover, Grimsby and Clarksburg. The company was founded in 1972.
