EBA buys Vancouver transportation consultants

EBA Engineering Consultants acquired the Ward Consulting Group of Vancouver.
Ward specializes in traffic and transportation engineering, complementing the established environmental and natural sciences practices of EBA.
EBA has 600 staff in offices through B.C., Alberta, the Northwest Territories and the Yukon.
Ward Consulting, which was founded in 1988, will continue to operate under its existing name as a division of EBA.
Paul Ruffell, P.Eng., president and CEO of EBA, who is based in Edmonton, and Trevor Ward, president of Ward Consulting based in Vancouver, made the announcement in October.
