The new president of the board of directors for Consulting Engineers of British Columbia in 2008-2009 is Angus English. English is the manager of the Global Water division at Earth Tech in Burnaby, B.C. He was elected at the association’s annual general meeting on June 12 in Vancouver.<br>
New members joining the CEBC board in 2008 are Doug Hinton of Hatch Mott Macdonald in Vancouver, Ward Bowman of AMEC Americas in Vancouver, Fadi Ghorayeb of Jones Kwong Kishi in North Vancouver, and Neil Ferguson of Hatch Energy in Vancouver. <br>
The association recently elected to change its name to the Association of Canadian Engineering Companies-B.C. (ACEC-BC) and has begun a rebranding process.<br>
