Earth Tech hires new business development director

Earth Tech has named a new Business Development Director for the North American water practice. Stan Spencer will be based in the Markham, Ontario office.
Spencer has 30 years experience in engineering and joins Earth Tech from American Water, where he had a similar business development
role. He will report to Rob Andrews, Director of Earth Tech’s Water and Wastewater practice for the North American consulting and engineering business.
